You are not weak for needing help in making the necessary changes to better improve your life. With those changes you can provide the best for your loved ones (partner, parents, spouse, or child).
It's through every day challenges that we find ourselves emotionally and physically exhausted. By learning new communication skills, self-care, and skills to cope with anxiety and depression, you can experience improved personal and professional relationships. Over the years, I have provided individual and group therapy to both adults and children in different settings focusing on different diagnosis. Specifically, I've worked within the Iranian community, with individual adults and children, focusing on depression, anxiety, acculturation issues, abuse relationship, communication problems, and many more using art and play interventions with talk therapy.
